All Terms and Conditions are presented on this web site and may be downloaded. Order data and the Terms and Conditions are also part of our order confirmation e-mail, which we send to you after the order processing has been completed.
VAT Registration Number 937929468. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. A full VAT invoice will be dispatched with your order or to your or billing address if different. A VAT breakdown of your order is visible at the checkout.
Information about availability and delivery period is part of the product description on the product page. In general unless specified in the product information pages we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours or order placement via 1st class delivery or courier for larger items.
The warranty applies based on current statutory provisions. Additional information about manufacturer’s warranties can be found on the product pages or in the product manuals.

Returns & Refunds
1. Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you if postage has been paid. We will not refund your costs of returning the item(s) to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective. 2. Items returned under the 30 day money back Guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 and 30 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. Where free shipping has been provided we will deduct the shipping charge postage from your overall refund of £5.50 for Long Umbrellas and £3.50 for accessories and mini umbrellas. This covers the cost of shipping, packaging and re-stocking costs on returns. Please advise us in writing via firstname.lastname@example.org goods are returned to us. Where you have paid for next day shipping these, cost cannot be refunded.
3. Rejected/Missed deliveries
Where items are returned either due to missed deliveries or rejected at the point of delivery we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not be able to refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. Where free shipping has been provided we will deduct the shipping charge postage from your overall refund of £5.50 for Long Umbrellas and £3.50 for accessories and mini umbrellas. This covers the cost of shipping, packaging and re-stocking costs on returns. Where you have paid for next day shipping these, cost cannot be refunded.
Return of Unwanted Items & Exchanges.
Your unwanted item must be in its original unused condition with all packaging and labels intact. The time frame for the return of goods begins once you have received the goods. Your cancellation request will be considered to have been submitted on time if your written notification. Once your item/s has been returned they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. Goods are refunded within 30 days.
To return an item please contact us on email@example.com, include your order number and the reason for return. You will be issued with a returns number and a form to complete and include in your return.
Return of faulty items.
If your purchase is faulty, you may return it to us within 28 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or mishandling. Please keep all the guarantee information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault.
If your product develops a fault after more than 28 days, it will be covered by the manufacturer's guarantee. In this event, you may find it easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If this is not possible, or does not solve the problem, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please do not return items without prior authorisation as this may delay your refund and your return postage may not refunded
